All in, for Stanwood & Camano Island. All in, for you.

All in, for you.

It’s been a summer without our favorite local traditions like community parades, art festivals, and the Stanwood Camano Soap Box Derby but we want to remind you that although we are apart, we are not alone – We Are Stanwood Camano! At Windermere, we are proud to be part of this amazing community and we are here for you. To us, that means supporting those in need, nurturing our sense of community, and of course helping our clients move their lives forward during this time. Here are a few ways we’re going all-in for Stanwood and Camano Island this year.

.

.

Fundraising For Our Community

The Camano Center provides critical services – like free grocery shopping and delivery, medical rides for essential trips, and pharmacy runs – to the most vulnerable members of the Stanwood Camano community. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced the Camano Center to close their thrift shop and cancel events, they lost all sources of revenue but our incredible community stepped up to help! We matched community donations and raised money through our annual Shredding event!

.

.
In addition to the Camano Center, we’ve also supported the Stanwood-Camano Food Bank, funded YMCA swim classes for local third graders, and raised money through our signature glassybaby fundraiser for the Windermere Foundation which supports low-income and homeless families in our community.

.

.
Virtual Home Tours

Our homes are more important than ever before – providing tangible value while the stock market fluctuates, and acting as our shelters, schools, offices, gyms, and more as we all take steps to curb the spread of COVID-19.

.

.
As your Realtors®️, our goal is to help you quickly and easily buy and sell your home. Although COVID-19 presented some challenges – like limited showings and the restriction of open houses – we helped our clients keep moving their lives forward by adapting new strategies like virtual tours, streamlined processes, and added health and safety practices.

.

.
Staying Connected

While we practice social distancing, we’ve also found creative ways to stay connected to our team! At Windermere, we’re proud to support our agents not only by equipping them with the tools to be successful but also by nurturing a positive team culture.

.

.
Typically in the office, owners Randy and Marla Heagle would prepare a breakfast for the agents to enjoy during the weekly sales meetings as they celebrate the teams’ victories and discuss business. When statewide stay-at-home orders were issued, Randy and Marla started offering “Drive-Thru Dinners” and daily “Sunrise Videos” to maintain a strong sense of community while social distancing.

.

.
Whether we’re fundraising for the Camano Center, helping you sell your home quickly and safely, or finding the right home for your family, you can depend on us as your friends, neighbors, and Realtors®️.
